Basic understanding of fiber optic cable products will give an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel anywhere outside Dhaka for customer visits.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach new customers in telecom, ISP, ICT, and infrastructure sectors.
Assist the senior sales team in preparing and submitting quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Visit customers as required to understand their requirements and provide product information.
Handle customer queries and solve promptly
Support the development of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
Coordinate with the marketing teams, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
Perform any other task assigned by the management
