Responsibilities & Context:
Manpower handling.
Training new technicians for process and safety
Selection tools for Extrusion and all Process
Submit production report stage wise,
Implementation of QMS, Safety and 5S system in shop floor.
Assurance of consistent quality product through constant interaction with QA department.
Motivate the operators to achieve desired production targets.
Preparing job cards for all machines as per production requirements.
Preparing production plans as per customer requirements in all stages.
Ensuring proper Raw material allocation to all manufacturing lines.
Monitoring daily scrap levels and regular follow up to reduce the scrap levels.
Analysis of Process problems and implementation of corrective measures in order to prevent recurrence.
Assurance of consistent quality product through constant interaction with QA department.
Implementation of cost reduction measures by effective co-ordination along with production staff.
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders for any HR related issues.
Any other tasks assign by management.
