Job context:
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive- Front Desk" for the Argon Denims Ltd. located at Lotus Kamal Tower One, Joar Sahara C/A, Nikunja-2, New Airport Road, Dhaka. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
Greeting the visitors and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the respective departments.
Answers all incoming calls, takes messages and transfers calls to the appropriate department.
Maintain front office related Registers – Documents & Goods in & out, Office Opening & Closing.
Providing accurate information when needed.
Communicating effectively with full respect to all.
Responsible for taking care of guests and visitors.
Work mainly involves interacting with guest and business partners, either in person or through phone calls.
Assist in organizing work documents and logistics.
