We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Sr. Manager/AGM- Marketing" for Argon Denims Ltd. Located at Lotus Kamal Tower One, Nikunja-2, New Airport Road, Dhaka-1229. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

• Develop sales & marketing plan.

• Full fill monthly sales target of Denim fabric.

• Ensure order quantity and profitability.

• Strong knowledge on stake holder management and negotiation.

• Collect buyer’s acceptance, Merchandising, Production follow up as per customer demand & delivery follow up.

• Monitor Quality problems of product, product price analysis & other relevant functions of Marketing.

• Monitor of overall costing & production.

• Proper communication with buyer’s and suppliers simultaneously.

• Responsible for product development, order negotiation, order execution, pre-final & post-final formalities.

• Ensure on time shipment.

• Coordinate with production, QA, Buying office representative QC/3rd party ETC.
