Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Sr. Manager/AGM- Marketing" for Argon Denims Ltd. Located at Lotus Kamal Tower One, Nikunja-2, New Airport Road, Dhaka-1229. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
Develop sales & marketing plan.
Full fill monthly sales target of Denim fabric.
Ensure order quantity and profitability.
Strong knowledge on stake holder management and negotiation.
Collect buyer’s acceptance, Merchandising, Production follow up as per customer demand & delivery follow up.
Monitor Quality problems of product, product price analysis & other relevant functions of Marketing.
Monitor of overall costing & production.
Proper communication with buyer’s and suppliers simultaneously.
Responsible for product development, order negotiation, order execution, pre-final & post-final formalities.
Ensure on time shipment.
Coordinate with production, QA, Buying office representative QC/3rd party ETC.
