Job Context:

To monitor, operate, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems in order to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets, while complying with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor live CCTV footage to detect suspicious or unsafe activities

2. Respond promptly to incidents by following established procedures

3. Report security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities accurately

4. Maintain confidentiality and data protection at all times

5. Operate CCTV equipment, recording systems, and control room technology

6. Review recorded footage when required for investigations

7. Maintain detailed logs and incident reports

8. Liaise with security personnel, supervisors, or law enforcement when necessary

9. Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report faults

10. Follow all legal guidelines related to surveillance and privacy
