Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should be Post graduate degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates should be PGDHR certificate from any reputed institute
∎ Lead auditor certificate with good academic track will give preference.
∎ Any professional training course will be added advantage
∎ Academic qualification will relax in case of highly experienced candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement & manage plan of action for factories to meet legal, social compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ and others certifications Audit.
∎ Follow-up, Handling & assessment of factory compliance and sustainable compliance issue regular basis.
∎ Follow up, handling & Implement that all corrective action plan regularly as per CAP.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Arrange various training & development activities to meet the compliance requirement.
∎ Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file for non-compliance findings
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of compliance issues as per buyer's COC, labor law -2006 & Labor rules-2015.
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like Accord, Alliance, Social compliance, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit.
∎ Assist to develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance inspection.
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should be minimum 3 to 5 year (s) practical experience in area of Compliance from renowned organization.
∎ Having positive attitude and high integrity
∎ Cultivates productive working relationships
∎ Fosters great team work
∎ Proactive approach to carry on the desired task.
∎ Have initiative and not waiting for reminder from Superior.
∎ Know how to manage the situation in relation to the desired goal.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate HR, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct, Organization Development / Process Improvement, HR Database Management.
