Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation of Civil Work & Site Supervision.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawing.
∎ Coordinate with the Head office for smooth decision-making.
∎ Preparing Material requirements schedule and submission to management for timely procurement.
∎ Check the subcontractor bills.
∎ Assess the quality of input construction materials and monitor the proper use of those.
∎ Ensuring all materials used and work performed as per specifications
∎ Clean concept about compliance and BNBC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
