Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the Production department, ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by each department
∎ Manage and maintain a work environment conducive to achieving high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials, and machines correctly.
∎ • Analyze and control the process of production in line with strategies issued by the management
∎ Ensure operational guidelines, procedures, and practices are followed and order closing summary.
∎ Quarterly KPI meeting in the corporate office with the management.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of the production process
∎ Direct and control the implementation of new technology and modern techniques to improve productivity and efficiency
∎ Ensure customer and worker safety requirements are met in the workplace
∎ Monitor and ensure product quality meets the required standards and customers' requirements.
∎ Ensure management of reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, stock and inventory, headcount, quality, and safety for effective decision-making by the management
∎ Monitor and ensure cost reduction by directing and implementing the reduction of all kinds of production wastage like - rejection, rework, wrong cutting, excess production, and excess working hour
∎ Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for Production Department
∎ Monitor and manage floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage the career development of subordinates
∎ Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Skills Required: Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, with Strong communication skills
