Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Science background (Compliance).
∎ Masters in any discipline (HR).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to keep update factory familiar compliance issue.
∎ Capable to handle Recruitment & Separation.
∎ Assist to prepared documents for audits in regards of training, environment, health & safety etc.
∎ Maintaining proper environment, health and safety in office as per requirement.
∎ Managing the company's social compliance program.
∎ Implement corrective action plan and monitor to completion .
∎ Conduct factory assessment for social compliance .
∎ Develop action plan with factory and assist in implementation accordingly.
∎ Prepare compliance related documents CAPs etc on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Social Compliance Higg/ Scan etc. will be given preference
∎ Fresher's also can apply as Management Trainee or Junior Executive passed from Geography & Environment Department.

Salary: Tk. 15500 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
