Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees, identifying and addressing occupational health risks.
∎ Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, collaborating with on-site medical staff and external healthcare providers.
∎ Design and implement proactive health and wellness programs to enhance employee well-being and prevent occupational diseases.
∎ Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to assess workplace hazards and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
∎ Provide expertise on medical and health-related matters, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct ergonomic assessments to optimize workstations and prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in occupational health.
∎ Foster a culture of health and safety awareness through education and training programs.
