Job Context:
∎ Capita Times Square (CTS) Shopping Mall is the most exclusive shopping mall and entertainment center. Located in an area that is best known for its high-end stores and restaurants. Capita Times Square (CTS) is a super-regional mall located at Tongi, Gazipur. The mall features over 1100 shops of varying types and sizes, a super shop, a food court, a kid’s entertainment.
∎ We are looking for persons A solid understanding of Shopping Centre Business. He can formulate effective plans & systems to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Branding & Creative Skills for achieving desired business objective. Capable of Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills. Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients, and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results. Also should have the capability of Implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management, and control of all maintenance, inspection, and safety functions.
∎ Leading & encouraging the team to achieve the desired results.
∎ Playing a key role in finalizing yearly & quarterly Marketing plans & Events for all the malls.
∎ Involving in the successful launch of mall events & promotional activities to ensure additional revenue is getting generated.
∎ Regular review of individual mall performance & implementing long-term plans to revive the mall performance.
∎ Implementing best market practices for a better customer experience.
∎ Suggesting tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.
∎ Involving in review/Negotiation of retailer’s annual agreements & ensuring agreements are finalized within the agreed timeline.
∎ Review of mall revenue collection targets & CAM expenses.
∎ Ensure revenue collection targets are met within deadlines.
∎ Implementation of cost control measures and best practices in engineering & facility function for optimal efficiency.
∎ Review of vendor agreements, performance & onboarding of new vendors.
∎ Leading the digital transformation process for retail function.
∎ Design & standardization of SOPs across all the malls for effective administration.
∎ Ensure that the budget file and related supporting documents are maintained throughout the year in order to facilitate the preparation of the annual budget.
∎ Ensure finding of the Audit process is implemented within the agreed timeline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional communication skills & Strong business writing skills.
∎ Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience from renowned organizations/ Shopping Malls / Center (Local or Abroad).
∎ Preference would be given to the candidates having experience in this sector.
∎ Security Issue:
∎ Ensure safety and security of inside & outside the Shopping mall premises.
∎ Conduct safety and security training periodically. To inspect and monitor the deployment of guards as per roster and run a smooth administration of the security team.
∎ Look after the overall security of the shopping mall periodically.
∎ Any other security-related issues regarding shopping malls by the Management from time to time.
