Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “Executive(Welfare)-HR”. who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing Bottom Item (Woven) and kids wear. We invite energetic and results oriented professionals with the proven employment track records to work under friendly and highly professional working culture.

  • Monitoring and Controlling Absenteeism & ensuring 80% authorized absent.

  • Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.

  • Maintaining registers of ML, Grievance, Absent Counselling, Late counselling, Line Bandhu & suggestions box.

  • Sending daily report to management on absenteeism and lateness.

  • Conducting survey regarding floor discipline & maintaining checklist.

  • Maintaining Employee Communication through PA System.

  • Maintaining KYW and Share report monthly basis.

  • Monitoring PPE usage and coordinating for corrective action.

  • Suggestion Box opening and maintaining respective areas.

  • Monitoring House Keeping & coordinating with respective departments to ensure it.

  • Working very closely with engagement event planner & ensuring implementation.

  • Attending training-3hrs/week (Self).

  • Train/awareness-5 sessions/week.

  • Conducting worker`s exit interview & share with management.

  • Any task assigned by department.
