Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Master’s degree in HRM / MBA will be an added advantage.



Requirements:

Skills Required: MS Excel

Additional Requirements:
  • Chattogram based candidates are preferable.

  • Certification or training in HR Operations/Industrial Relations (not mandatory).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in RMG manufacturing industries.

  • Sound knowledge of EPZ Labor Law & Rules and all subsequent & updated amendments.

  • Sound knowledge of HR operational procedures.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of labor law basics, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to handle workforce issues in a factory environment.

  • HR MIS reporting and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operational activities on a daily basis.

  • Coordinate recruitment operations including manpower requisition and joining formalities.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

  • Administer attendance, leave, shift rosters, and overtime records.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing support, and final settlements.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, factory rules, and HR policies.

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Support performance appraisal administration and documentation.

  • Prepare and submit HR MIS reports, analytics, and dashboards.

  • Support internal, buyer, and statutory audits related to HR operations.

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

  • Liaise with government offices, labor authorities, and external agencies as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct in HR matters.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in ERP.

  • Update and maintain leave records regularly.

  • Prepare and verify OT (Overtime) reports and ensure necessary approval.

  • Manage offboarding process including resignation advocacy, exit interviews, resignation register, and Excel-based tracker updates.

  • Oversee floor housekeeping and ensure 5S compliance.

  • Maintain personal files of employees in the respective department.

  • Submit employee bank account-related documents to the central payroll team.

  • Assist in the distribution of official letters and circulars to employees.
