Education:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering, ICT or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to email, web, network, hardware and software.
Deliver, tag, install and configure end-user workstation hardware, software and peripherals.
Install and maintain antivirus on all user devices to ensure virus, malware, spam and spyware protection.
Maintain updated ICT asset records with proper tracking using software tools.
Setup, troubleshoot and repair IP Phones, UPS, Scanners, Color Printers and other office equipment.
Maintain Network Rack, Wi-Fi routers, LAN connectivity, Time Attendance (TA) machines, CCTV and projectors.
Provide technical support and routine maintenance for the INA Hanger System.
Install, maintain, modify and repair Auto Cutter, Auto Spreader, Plotter, Pattern Cutter and Optitex software.
Install and provide support for Gerber, Richpeace and Algotex software (Marker & Pattern Making).
Perform any other IT, automation and system-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
