• Installing, configuring & troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, Operating System, Software, Printers, Scanners & others ICT Peripherals.

• NVR, CCTV, IP Camera, IP Phone, Timing Attendance machine installation/configuration/troubleshooting.

• Router, Switch, Access Point, WiFi Installation, Configuration & Maintenance.

• Installation of new network establishment & maintenance of existing.

• Diagnosing and resolving end-user hardware, software, mail & IT related day to day desk/remote support.

• Install and support of antivirus & firewall to every end-user workstation for providing virus, spam, and spyware protection.

• Maintaining ICT asset record, documentation & initiate for purchase requisition.

• Training end users, providing onsite or remote technical support.

• Report assigned task & system-network status to superior.

• Any other job assigned by the supervisor/Higher Management.
