• Strong CAD skills: marker making, fabric consumption & efficiency.

• Good knowledge of pattern, grading, fabric (GSM, width, shrinkage, nap).

• Ability to read tech packs & measurement charts accurately.

• Proficient in MS Office, PLM & digital marker tools (CAD certification preferred).

• Team-oriented with strong coordination & communication skills.

• Prepare initial consumption (fabric & trims) based on tech pack and measurement chart.

• Create marker plans using CAD software to determine accurate fabric consumption.

• Calculate consumption for sample, size set, and bulk production.

• Analyze fabric width, shrinkage, GSM, repeat, and fabric type before consumption calculation.

• Ensure maximum marker efficiency to reduce fabric wastage.

• Provide consumption data to Merchandising for costing and price negotiation.

• Maintain consumption records and reports for management review.

• Coordinate with Pattern, IE, Planning, and Cutting teams for consumption accuracy.
