Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / ICT / Information Systems / Engineering.

• Diploma in Computer Technology with strong technical skills.

• Diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to email, web, network, hardware and software. 

• Deliver, tag, install and configure end-user workstation hardware, software and peripherals. 

• Install and maintain antivirus on all user devices to ensure virus, malware, spam and spyware protection. 

• Maintain updated ICT asset records with proper tracking using software tools. 

• Setup, troubleshoot and repair IP Phones, UPS, Scanners, Color Printers and other office equipment. 

• Maintain Network Rack, Wi-Fi routers, LAN connectivity, Time Attendance (TA) machines, CCTV and projectors. 

• Provide technical support and routine maintenance for the INA Hanger System. 

• Install, maintain, modify and repair Auto Cutter, Auto Spreader, Plotter, Pattern Cutter and Optitex software. 

• Install and provide support for Gerber, Richpeace and Algotex software (Marker & Pattern Making). 

• Perform any other IT, automation and system-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
