Skills Required: Factory HR operation and Administration,MS Excel

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.

  • Preferred: Certification or training in HR Operations/Industrial Relations (not mandatory).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in RMG manufacturing industries.

  • Sound knowledge of BD Labor Law & Rules and all subsequent & updated amendments.

  • Sound knowledge of HR operational procedures.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of labor law basics, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate worker/staff recruitment under guidance from the central recruitment team.

  • Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in ERP.

  • Monitor attendance and conduct necessary reconciliation.

  • Update and maintain leave records regularly.

  • Prepare monthly attendance and leave data for payroll input.

  • Prepare and verify OT (Overtime) reports and ensure necessary approval.

  • Manage offboarding process including resignation advocacy, exit interviews, resignation register, and Excel-based tracker updates.

  • Submit exit documentation to the central payroll team.

  • Oversee floor housekeeping and ensure 5S compliance.

  • Maintain personal files of employees in the respective department.

  • Handle employee grievance issues within the assigned departments.

  • Update the Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Issues Tracker.

  • Submit employee bank account-related documents to the central payroll team.

  • Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Assist in the distribution of official letters and circulars to employees.
