Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Preferred: Certification or training in HR Operations/Industrial Relations (not mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in RMG manufacturing industries.
Sound knowledge of BD Labor Law & Rules and all subsequent & updated amendments.
Sound knowledge of HR operational procedures.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of labor law basics, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate worker/staff recruitment under guidance from the central recruitment team.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate employee data in ERP.
Monitor attendance and conduct necessary reconciliation.
Update and maintain leave records regularly.
Prepare monthly attendance and leave data for payroll input.
Prepare and verify OT (Overtime) reports and ensure necessary approval.
Manage offboarding process including resignation advocacy, exit interviews, resignation register, and Excel-based tracker updates.
Submit exit documentation to the central payroll team.
Oversee floor housekeeping and ensure 5S compliance.
Maintain personal files of employees in the respective department.
Handle employee grievance issues within the assigned departments.
Update the Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Issues Tracker.
Submit employee bank account-related documents to the central payroll team.
Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Assist in the distribution of official letters and circulars to employees.
