Maintenance of Personal Files of Employees.
Preparation of Joining Letter, Contract, ID Card.
Maintaining Employee Database and HR Records.
3. Attendance and Leave Management:
Attendance, Absence and Leave Management.
Maintaining Leave Records.
Preparation of Late Coming and Discipline Reports.
4. Payroll and Benefits Support:
Assistance in Preparation of Monthly Pay Sheet.
Overtime, Bonus, Incentive Calculation.
PF, Gratuity, Festival Allowance Related Work.
5. Employee Relations and Discipline:
Resolving Employee Complaints and Issues.
Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies.
