Responsibilities & Context:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Determination of Manpower Requirement.

  • Preparation and Publication of Job Circular.

  • CV Shortlisting, Interview Coordination.

  • Preparation of Appointment Letter.

2. Employee Documentation:

  • Maintenance of Personal Files of Employees.

  • Preparation of Joining Letter, Contract, ID Card.

  • Maintaining Employee Database and HR Records.

3. Attendance and Leave Management:

  • Attendance, Absence and Leave Management.

  • Maintaining Leave Records.

  • Preparation of Late Coming and Discipline Reports.

4. Payroll and Benefits Support:

  • Assistance in Preparation of Monthly Pay Sheet.

  • Overtime, Bonus, Incentive Calculation.

  • PF, Gratuity, Festival Allowance Related Work.

5. Employee Relations and Discipline:

  • Resolving Employee Complaints and Issues.

  • Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies.

  • Assistance in Disciplinary Action Process.

6. Training & Development:

  • Orientation of new employees.

  • Organizing and reporting on training programs.

  • Performance evaluation support.

7. Legal & Compliance:

  • Ensuring HR activities as per labor laws.

  • Preparation of factory/office compliance documents.

  • Assist in audits and inspections.

8. Management Support:

  • Preparation and presentation of HR reports.

  • Implementation of management directives.

  • Coordination with other departments.
