1. Guest Engagement:
Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Provide detailed information about grooming services, memberships, and luxury products.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring they are matched with the appropriate service providers.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout their visit, offering personalized services where possible.
Continuously follow up with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
3. Appointment Management:
Manage appointment bookings and the daily schedule for the grooming team.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, ensuring seamless future visits.
4. Product & Service Promotion:
Proactively promote premium grooming products and services, making personalized recommendations based on client needs.
Upsell and cross-sell services such as haircuts, shaves, and bespoke grooming packages.
Educate guests on the benefits of exclusive grooming products, including skincare, hair care, and shaving items.
5. Maintaining Guest Loyalty:
Develop strong relationships with returning clients and ensure they receive VIP treatment during each visit.
Encourage participation in loyalty programs and special offers, promoting guest retention.
6. Customer Feedback:
Collect and record guest feedback on their experience.
Work with the management team to address any service improvements or guest concerns.
Use feedback to ensure continuous improvement in guest experience.
7. Operational Support:
Ensure that the grooming environment is clean, organized, and aligned with Truefitt & Hill’s luxurious image.
Support inventory management for grooming products and ensure they are available for guests to purchase.
Assist in maintaining high standards of service in all areas, including hygiene, professionalism, and overall presentation.
