Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee the entire BTL production process, from Costing, planning to execution.
Ensure production schedules are met, products are manufactured to high-quality standards, and manage factory operations.
Implement and monitor production KPIs to ensure targets are achieved.
Quality Control:
Establish and maintain quality control standards for BTL production.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Resource Management:
Optimize the use of resources, including raw materials, machinery, and labor.
Manage inventory levels to ensure continuous production without overstocking.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to BTL production.
Drive innovation in production techniques and methodologies.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Promote a culture of safety within the factory.
Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and resource utilization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation.
