Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information courteously.

  • Conduct tele sales and cold calls to achieve sales targets.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services

  • Engage with interested leads through outbound calls, providing information and assistance to help them complete their service journey.

  • Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Demonstrate patience and empathy while handling difficult situations.

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote services and convert leads into successful sales.
