We are building an international customer service team based in Bangladesh to support businesses in the United States, UK, EU and Canada. This is a full time remote opportunity for motivated individuals who are confident in English communication and want to work with global clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and maintaining a professional standard of service at all times. Candidates must have a quiet work environment and stable internet connection.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US and Canadian clients
Provide professional support via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Coordinate with team leaders and management when required
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
