Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective learners and professionals across local and international markets, representing Shera International Group with professionalism and integrity.

• Clearly articulate the purpose, structure, learning outcomes, and long-term career value of Transfotech Academy’s advanced bootcamp programs.

• Assess individual career goals, educational background, and professional aspirations to recommend suitable and personalized learning pathways.

• Schedule, coordinate, and support career counselling sessions in collaboration with senior advisors to enable informed decision-making.

• Support learner onboarding and enrollment processes, contributing directly to monthly performance and growth targets of Shera International Group’s education vertical.

• Collaborate closely with international telesales and advisory teams (USA, Malaysia, and other regions) to align outreach strategies and share best practices.

• Assist senior advisors during seminars, webinars, and informational sessions organized by Shera International Group and Transfotech Academy.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and enrollments in designated CRM and reporting systems.
