Experience:
1. HR Planning & Recruitment Management:
Develops and executes detailed annual manpower plans and recruitment forecasts in alignment with the HR's strategy. Manages the end-to end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, including comprehensive job analysis.
2. Employee Lifecycle Operations
Oversees all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. Directs a structured induction program, prepares and analyzes monthly reports on joinings and separations, and ensures a seamless employee experience.
3. Learning & Development Execution
Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using robust methods like observation and stakeholder interviews. Prepares and implements the annual training calendar, coordinating all logistics and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
4. Policy Implementation & HR Systems Administration
Implements and ensures consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Manages and optimizes the daily use of the ERP system for attendance, leave, and employee data management, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
5. Performance & Rewards Administration
Coordinates the annual performance management cycle, including appraisals, calibration, and promotion documentation. Prepares detailed quarterly sales incentive reports, finalizes calculations, and coordinates with Finance for accurate and timely disbursement.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
Manage employee communication, surveys, and engagement action plans.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical workplace practices.
