Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, and daily HR operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection process including job posting, CV screening, and interviews.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
Assist in employee onboarding and training coordination.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company rules.
Support payroll preparation and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries and workplace issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
