Experience:
Strategic Leadership: Lead HR processes in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organisational development, and change management.
Workforce Planning: Conduct manpower planning and forecasting in line with business needs.
Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including developing proper job descriptions and arranging interviews for new employee hiring across all departments.
Compliance & Legal: Maintain thorough knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Code, 2006 (as amended in 2015), guide management, and conduct inquiries when necessary.
Operational Oversight: Execute and monitor HR-related work, including official correspondence and day-to-day departmental activities.
Attendance Management: Manage the bio-metric system to ensure employee punctuality.
Efficiency & Development: Prepare and execute HR plans for the development of the school while ensuring 100% efficiency in the utilisation of human resources.
Liaison: Maintain the ability to liaison with Government agencies and institutes, such as BIDA and the Passport Office.
Management Support: Implement other HR-related tasks as per management decisions.
