Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive daily customer visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.

  • Identify potential corporate and individual clients who are eligible to purchase or lease mall services/products.

  • Build and maintain a strong, organized client database, managing it independently.

  • Prepare and submit daily work reports, as well as weekly reports, highlighting progress against targets.

  • Regularly report updates and performance to the Manager.

  • Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Maintain a log of customer feedback and follow up for closure.

  • Maintain a database of tenants, partners, and promotional activities.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for shoppers’ inquiries, complaints, and feedback — both in person and online.

  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor malls’ marketing activities and report trends.

  • Demonstrate aggressive sales drive, proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset.
