Drive daily customer visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
Identify potential corporate and individual clients who are eligible to purchase or lease mall services/products.
Build and maintain a strong, organized client database, managing it independently.
Prepare and submit daily work reports, as well as weekly reports, highlighting progress against targets.

Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Maintain a log of customer feedback and follow up for closure.
Maintain a database of tenants, partners, and promotional activities.
Serve as the first point of contact for shoppers’ inquiries, complaints, and feedback — both in person and online.
Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor malls’ marketing activities and report trends.
Demonstrate aggressive sales drive, proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset.
