Proven track records in designing & executing Training & Development;

Excellent Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio; PowerPoint, etc.

Job Context
This position is based in the Corporate Head Office of Masco Group.
The Incumbent will be responsible to successfully carry out the Training & Development Programs for the whole group.
We are looking for an Experienced, Energetic & Dynamic person to fill up this position which requires adequate Knowledge in Training & Development Programs.
Job Responsibilities
Designing & aligning Training & Development programs based on the organization`s strategic goals;
Analyzing Training Need Assessment (TNA) in association with HR Manager & HOD of SBUs;
Preparing annual Training & Development programs with budget & keeping operations within the budget;
Preparing Annual Training & Development calendar & implementing the programs as per schedules;
Developing different training modules, manuals, materials, PowerPoint presentation etc. using different media;
Facilitation & ensuring Training & Development materials in time;
Liaison with different consulting firms for Training & Development programs;
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors;
Conduct Training of the Trainer (TOT) and facilitates other trainings;
Monitoring & reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions;
Planning & assessing the Return on Investment (ROI) of any Training & Development programs;
Preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP regarding Training & Development;
Keeping systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, logistics, expenditure; meeting minutes etc. of Training & Development programs;
Updating of personal training history files of all employees in co-ordination with the HR Manager;
Developing a global Training & Development culture in the organization;
Carry out any other tasks related to Training & Development for the whole organization as assigned from time to time.
