Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales
targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.
Bring in existing client portfolios and convert them into active business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, business proposals, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate closely with operations, production, and creative teams for project execution.
Ensure disciplined follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
