Responsibilities & Context:

  • Coordination with recruitment team for recruiting & placement of potential candidate as per Plan. 

  • Maintain compensation and benefits structure of the company and undertake all related activities as per the company Policy.

  • Ensure effective implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures for all.

  • Prepare plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the company policy and procedure.

  • Ensure employees compensation management system. 

  • Ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the company and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers` representatives.

  • Liaison and deal with different garment and non -garment organization like BGMEA, Labor Low.

  • Look after the worker related legal affairs.

  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.

  • Any other job assign by the management.
