- Must have knowledge about plant and machinery
- Must have an idea about product R&D and product improvement.
- Must have an understanding of team management.
- Six sigma, Lean sigma, Lean Manufacturing & OEE Will have an idea about.
- You must have an idea about ERP.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Assist in the implementation of daily production plans.
- Ensuring production according to the stipulated time and standards. Monitoring production targets and efficiency and taking development initiatives.
- Organized management of workers and operators.
- Conduct team building and training activities.
- Shift duty planning and effective supervision.
- Proficiency in operating automated machines (e.g. ovens, dozers, formers, cooling conveyors).
- Coordinate the maintenance team in case of mechanical problems with the machine.
- Maintaining the quality of biscuits and coordinating with the quality team.
- Prepare daily production, rejection, and raw material reports.
- Provide operational issues and production reports to management.
