• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology

• Must have knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
• Must have knowledge about productivity improvement
• Must have knowledge about line manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Will have an idea about FSMS, QMS, GMP, HACCP,IMS,US-FDA Will have an idea about.
• Must have knowledge about plant and machinery
• Must have an idea about product R&D and product improvement.
• Must have an understanding of team management.
• Six sigma, Lean sigma, Lean Manufacturing & OEE Will have an idea about.
• You must have an idea about ERP.

Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Assist in the implementation of daily production plans.
• Ensuring production according to the stipulated time and standards. Monitoring production targets and efficiency and taking development initiatives.
• Organized management of workers and operators.
• Conduct team building and training activities.
• Shift duty planning and effective supervision.
• Proficiency in operating automated machines (e.g. ovens, dozers, formers, cooling conveyors).
• Coordinate the maintenance team in case of mechanical problems with the machine.
• Maintaining the quality of biscuits and coordinating with the quality team.
• Prepare daily production, rejection, and raw material reports.
• Provide operational issues and production reports to management.
