Additional Requirements:
At least 6–12-year experience in the related field.
Working experience in any reputed food & beverage industry will be given preference.
Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).
Must be self-motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Job Location: Barishal, Ctg. North, Narsingdi, Noakhali
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular performance.
- To develop the members of sales team by inspiring, motivating and encouraging for better outcome.
- To collect sufficient market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
- Visiting market frequently and building relationship with stakeholders for smooth sales operation.
- To contact regularly with distributors, wholesalers and depot’s owner to ensure a seamless distribution of products.
- To maximize profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
- To prepare of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management;
- To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management as required.
