• Masters in any subject (preferably in marketing/business administration)

• Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.

• At least 6–12-year experience in the related field.

• Working experience in any reputed food & beverage industry will be given preference.

• Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).

• Must be self-motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular performance.
• To develop the members of sales team by inspiring, motivating and encouraging for better outcome.
• To collect sufficient market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
• Visiting market frequently and building relationship with stakeholders for smooth sales operation.
• To contact regularly with distributors, wholesalers and depot’s owner to ensure a seamless distribution of products.
• To maximize profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
• To prepare of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management;
• To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management as required.
