Must have experience working on corrugated carton lines, along with knowledge of carton corrugating, printing, cutting, folding, grading, and carton and box quality.
Must have knowledge about productivity improvement.
Must have knowledge about line manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the carton cutting, Production line, planning, Organization and carton quality Controlling.
Divide work according to daily production targets.
If there is any mechanical problem with the machine, coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure a solution.
Supervise the activities of operators, helpers, supervisors and maintain schedules.
Ensure compliance with food safety, personal hygiene, and cleaning, etc. rules in the workplace. Supervise the activities of operators, helpers, supervisors and maintain schedules.
Prepare and maintain reports on daily production volume, rejection rate, cutting wastage, etc.
