  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG/Food & Beverage (Specially working experience in marketing Biscuits, Chanachur, Cake, Noodles, Etc.)
  • Computer Knowledge in MS Word, M S Exel and Power Point
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Ability to work under pressure and utilize time effectively.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • To prepare territory wise sales plan in alignment with business objectives.

  • To distribute sales target to the sales officer and realize from them daily/weekly/monthly.

  • To set tour schedule and visit accordingly for working with sales officer.

  • Carry out market visit, discuss with distributor & SO to identify the problem & advise them for improvement of sales.

  • To monitor the daily activities of sales team as per set plan.

  • To ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.

  • To identify hiring needs, select and train new sales officer.

  • To build strong relationships with distributors and identify new opportunities.

  • To achieve sales target & increase market share.

  • Closely observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.

  • To check bills and other’s report of sales team.

  • To conduct trainings and monthly meeting of sales team.

  • To perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
