- Must have knowledge of production, planning, and process improvement for products such as bread, cakes, buns, honey buns, and cream rolls.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Supervision of the entire process, from raw material preparation to baking, cooling, cutting, and packing.
- Ensuring production according to daily production plan.
- Monitoring production efficiency and machine utilization.
- Monitoring ingredient mixing, proofing, baking, etc. according to the recipe of baked goods.
- Maintain consistency in weight, size, color, taste, and texture.
- Operation and supervision of machines such as mixers, formers, profilers, rotary ovens, chillers, etc.
- Quick coordination with the maintenance team in case of mechanical problems.
- Duty planning and monitoring of operators, helpers, supervisors.
- Training and performance development of workers.
- GMP, GHP, HACCP
- Cleaning schedule, personal hygiene and workstation sanitation supervision
- Creating daily production reports, wastage reports, and machine downtime reports.
- Production analysis and performance tracking.
