Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supporting the selection and recruitment process of resources

  • Arranging Training and development programs for new joiners and experienced staff

  • Executing the decision of disciplinary action

  • Ensuring compliance as per the company’s policies

  • Managing employee benefits/compensation, coordinating with the accounts department

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies

  • Facilitating employee onboarding with necessary logistics support.

  • Conflict resolution between employees

  • Creating a safe work environment

  • Managing the Employee lifecycle with all benefits

  • Maintaining the company culture

  • Coordinating the Performance appraisal and yearly promotion

  • Classifying employees according to job responsibilities.

  • Creating compelling job descriptions for staff.

  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

  • Managing employee relationships for teamwork
