Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from any professional institution will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Payroll Processing, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR strategies, Generate, stream-lined and maintain all HR policies and procedures.
∎ To prepare issue office note, memo, office order, show cause letter & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Responsible on attendance management, payroll reporting, monthly salary process and management.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Develop effective recruitment policy and system; ensure selection of right people for the right job.
∎ Review and update salary and benefits to ensure competitiveness with the market.
∎ Performance Management System/Annual Appraisal, need training assessment when requirement, making training calendar and implementation.
∎ Co-ordinate with the functional heads for appropriate application of the system.
∎ Ensure justified reward, increase and promotion based on the system.
∎ Ensure development of required HR information database.
∎ Handling different disciplinary actions i.e. inquiry, warning, termination, dismissal, transfer, promotions etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement of HR & Compliance polices as per labor law and different code of conducts.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006.
∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience required for "Manager" position.
∎ At least 5 to 7 years' experience is mandatory for "Deputy Manager" position


Salary:
∎ Negotiable
