∎ MBA/ BBA major in HRM from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, HR Automation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of HR for day to day HR Operations.
∎ Implement the company HR policy and procedure very strictly.
∎ Handle personal records & files of employees with confidentiality.
∎ Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line managers.
∎ Develop and recommend to the management for various schemes/ programs/plans/ propositions related to employee welfare as an effective tool of motivation for employee retention.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company staff and prepare daily and monthly headcount report to the management.
∎ Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potential manpower & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise.
∎ Responsible for Salary Administration including Attendance & Leave management.
∎ Maintain HRIS Software for the new employees and existing employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good computer knowledge.
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hard working
