• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• At least 6 years of proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager;

• Sound knowledge of IPPF, IAS, IFRS, Country`s laws and regulations, Risk management, Finance & Accounts Acts and Compliance;    

• Having knowledge of Income Tax and VAT, Tally ERP 9, MS Office, accounting software and Team Leading;

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;

• Ability to direct and supervise.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including monthly, Half yearly and end-year processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity;
2. Manage and oversee monthly/half yearly/annual TDS, VDS & Annual Tax returns and meet all other NBR requirements;
3. Manage Provident Fund;
4. Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects;
5. Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs;
6. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements;
7. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
8. Coordinate and complete annual audits;
9. Provide recommendations based on financial data;
10. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
11. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
12. Meet financial accounting objectives;
13. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
14. Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.
