Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously investigate and identify new partnership opportunities that can enhance the revenue streams and overall value within the mortgage solutions business;

• Negotiating with banks or other financial institutions to modify mortgage terms or interest rates to help homeowners;

• Develop marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company`s services among homeowners considering buying or refinancing their homes;

• Managing a team of agents who are responsible for selling mortgages to potential home buyers;

• Monitor the organization`s revenue KPIs as well as the individual KPIs of team members;

• Maintain strong relationships with current clients to identify and secure new business opportunities;

• Monitoring market trends in real estate prices and interest rates in order to adjust strategies accordingly;

• Assessing loan applications from potential borrowers to establish loan eligibility;

• Ensuring loan applications comply with partner organizations` regulatory requirements;

• Overseeing partnership agreements and payment terms with partner organizations, while also tracking invoiced payments to ensure timely revenue recognition;

• Maintaining consistent communication with area offices to stay informed about client opportunities and drive continuous improvement in mortgage service processes.

• Salary: Negotiable (as per competencies & company policy);
