Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a Business Analyst (MBBS) to support the planning and development of a Medical College & Hospital. The role involves extensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial feasibility analysis to determine optimal service mix, infrastructure requirements, and pricing strategy aligned with market demand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insights

  • Conduct market research on hospitals and medical colleges of both home & abroad to evaluate service portfolios, capacity models, and operational frameworks.

  • Analyze market data to identify service demand, patient trends, and industry benchmarks relevant to institutional planning.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support management in determining strategic direction and service positioning.

2. Service & Infrastructure Planning

  • Contribute to defining the optimal configuration of departments, bed capacity, medical staffing, and diagnostic facilities.

  • Support in evaluating infrastructure requirements, equipment planning, and resource allocation based on utilization trends and feasibility outcomes.

3. Costing & Financial Evaluation

  • Develop and analyze cost–revenue and ROI models to assess financial feasibility.

  • Support management in identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

4. Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare detailed analytical reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
