▪ Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Advise students and families on country, program, and university selection (UK, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, New Zealand, Japan, etc.)
Own the end-to-end application journey: eligibility checks, timelines, SOP/LoR guidance, and documentation quality control
Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams; schedule interviews and follow up diligently
Guide on visa strategy, financials, and pre-departure steps (within policy)
Maintain accurate records/notes in CRM; track conversions and weekly KPIs
Conduct/host seminars, webinars, and walk-in counseling; support marketing with student success stories
Prepare weekly pipeline and performance reports; escalate risks early
