Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify new business opportunities for urban planning projects, interior design projects, exterior design projects, architectural design projects, GIS, survey and consultancy services, and planning and design consultancy for development projects.

• Meet real estate developers, landowners, architects, builders, and corporate clients.

• Generate leads and convert them into consultancy, planning, and design projects.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.

• Visit project sites and client offices regularly.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Achieve business development targets.
