Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, ledgers, proper filing and documentation
Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation and yearly final accounts.
Helping making of financial proposals of different projects
Handle petty cash and payment records
Assist in audit and compliance-related tasks
Prepare vouchers for all types of payments (cash, bank, mobile banking)
All bank related issues are need to be handled.
Verify supporting documents and approvals before payment processing
Monitor due payments and aging of receivables/payables
Communicate with vendors/customers for settlements and disputes
Maintain all issues of VAT related works ( VAT register and prepare monthly VAT returns)
Assist in yearly income tax filing for the company and employees also maintain necessary documentation for audit trail and tax verification
Coordinate with Admin, HR and management with ad-hoc financial queries or custom reports
Report directly to CEO and Admin
