The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete Italy student application and visa preparation process, starting from initial counseling to final visa file preparation for VFS Global submission. The role requires hands-on involvement in university applications, offer letter processing, and visa documentation, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end counseling for students interested in studying in Italy, including eligibility assessment, intake guidance, and university/program selection.

• Apply to Italian universities for admission and offer letters, and follow up on application status and enrollment confirmations.

• Guide students on required academic, financial, and sponsorship documents for both university applications and Italy student visa.

• Prepare and review complete Italy student visa files in compliance with embassy and VFS checklists.

• Ensure all documents are properly verified, organized, and ready before handover to students for VFS submission.

• Brief students on the VFS appointment and submission process clearly and professionally.

• Maintain case tracking, documentation records, and regular follow-ups with assigned students.

• Communicate with students via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone, and in-person, providing clear timelines and updates.

• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Stay updated with Italian admission policies, visa regulations, and VFS guidelines.

Job Context:

This position requires strong process ownership and attention to detail, as the consultant will manage both university admission applications and visa file preparation. The consultant will not guarantee admission or visa approval, but will ensure that students receive accurate guidance and complete, well-prepared documentation for university applications and VFS submission. The role demands excellent counseling skills, document management capability, and familiarity with Italy-focused education pathways.
