Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Job Context:
∎ We, a local conglomerate, focused in manufacturing quality products to cater the needs of urban and rural Bangladeshis, are looking for the ideal candidate who will take ownership of the following position and will be extremely focused in contributing to the organization by delivering according to the Job Description sated below-
∎ Workplace: Factory/ Head Office will be decided by Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement & monitor the group's HR plan and policies in the BU (Business Unit) and provide full and professional HR services to all the Business Unit.
∎ Must have sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law (2006).
∎ Prepare, plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the Group's policy and procedures.
∎ Expert on organizational development, employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues.
∎ Maintain compensation and benefits structure of the BU and undertake all related activities as per the Company policy.
∎ Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system in the Business Units.
∎ Undertake measures in developing acquire the right talent and prepare and review the succession planning etc. of the key employees of the Business Units.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other BU's of the Group and exchange relevant information.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all relevant Govt. offices, regulatory bodies, Employers Association and other National Trade Bodies.
∎ Implement the compliance policy and procedures and ensure throughout implementation of the code of ethics in the Business Units. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy premise.
∎ Excellent Verbal & Oral communication Skills.
∎ Strong Leadership with Analytical ability
∎ Strong adaptation capability and able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with Ceramics sector job experienced will be given preference
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of Practical HR.
∎ Knowledge on compensation and benefit.
∎ Knowledge on Payroll Software.
