MBA in Marketing will be given preference.
Minimum 4-6 years of prior experience based on designation, preferably in Sanitaryware & Bathware industries in a structured corporate environment.

To support this strategic expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Sanitaryware Division) to assist our sales operations and drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of contributing to the long-term growth of the Sanitaryware Division.
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets for sanitaryware products.
Prepare sales plans, route plans, and daily/weekly/Monthly activity reports.
Expand market presence through dealer and channel network development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects' firm, developers, contractors, government agencies, commercial & private building of adjacent zone and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and maintain long-term business relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and ensure proper product display and branding.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients to support their business needs.
Prepare sales reports based on target and send sales performance updates to HOD.
Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy receivables.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and maintain long-term business relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
