Experience:
Master`s degree in Human Resources. PGDHRM preferred.
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage.
Min 12-15 Years of experience in HR management, with progressively increasing responsibility in manufacturing concerns.
Experience in leading and managing a team as HR professional.
Experience from the manufacturing industry is highly appreciable.
Skill & Expertise:
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and recommending to hire the best fits in all positions.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management system to establish accountability and ensure continuous development through introducing effective reward & reprimand process.
Training and Development: Identify training needs developing from genius training programs, job rotation and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent approach to HR practices across the organization.
Employee Benefits and Compensation: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and compensation plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with Industry standards.
Payroll Management: Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, maintaining payroll records, and resolving related issues.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and other relevant regulations.
