  • Min 12-15 Years of experience in HR management, with progressively increasing responsibility in manufacturing concerns.

  • Experience in leading and managing a team as HR professional.

  • Experience from the manufacturing industry is highly appreciable.

Skill & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.



Responsibilities & Context:

Excellent Ceramic Industries & Excellent Tiles Industries Ltd. Sister concern of Halim Group, which started its operation in 1973. We have business in ceramics, tiles, automobiles, lubricant, bank, non-banking financial institute, University & properties sector. It is one of the largest sanitary wares industries and world class tiles factory in Bangladesh.

  • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and recommending to hire the best fits in all positions.

  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management system to establish accountability and ensure continuous development through introducing effective reward & reprimand process.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs developing from genius training programs, job rotation and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.

  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent approach to HR practices across the organization.

  • Employee Benefits and Compensation: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and compensation plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with Industry standards.

  • Payroll Management: Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, maintaining payroll records, and resolving related issues.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO), and other relevant regulations.

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  • Strategic Planning & Employee Banding: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. To initiate creative methodology to create a strong Employer Brand in Bangladesh.
