Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline preferable in business administration, transportation, and/or logistics or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A renowned & reputed company (Ceramics Based) is looking for suitable candidates for its Corporate Head Office -
∎ Job Location: Factory/ Head Office will be decided by Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the overall export & import related vehicle & logistics equipment operation of the group.
∎ Managing transportation/fleet/vehicles for carrying goods, prepare cost-effective route plans, and hire transport agencies (if required) to ensure the right product at the right place & time.
∎ Keep track record of vehicle movement & ensure necessary update of register and documentations.
∎ Tactfully handle problem while facing critical situation in road and managing any accident/ Police case of transport related matters.
∎ Handle the transport staffs and agencies and local authorities of all govt. offices for smooth operation.
∎ Plan security response activities to ensure security-related incidents do not occur.
∎ Develop and ensure good working relationships with external logistics agencies, suppliers and factory concern in order to support the smooth provision of logistics services across the group.
∎ Increase effectiveness and efficiency by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
∎ Support in developing and implementing Logistics plans in line with corporate Logistics strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Solid understanding of logistics
∎ Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills
∎ Must have knowledge of working with PC
∎ Candidates with Ceramics sector job experienced will be given preference
